A three-level open-air neighborhood retail development along Guayaquil’s Vía a la Costa residential corridor. With 52 commercial units, the project supports restaurants, retail stores, professional services, and daily-needs shopping.
Three retail wings and storefront galleries frame a shared parking court, pedestrian circulation, and outdoor dining areas, integrating the commercial center with surrounding residential neighborhoods.
